It’s amazing to me that when I first started this business years ago that I used to blog every single session. Yep. Whew. That was two kids and a lot of other commitments ago. Ha! Now, I’m doing well to get summaries up of special events. Time changes things. I thought it would be helpful if I posted all of the different session options this fall for those who are new to ECP and are trying to get the lay of the land. With Covid-19, things are a little bit different. We can’t do our typical Santa minis, which I know is disappointing. I’ve created what I think is a great option, though, so make sure you scroll down to see that. For the first time, I’m inviting the whole family– not just kids– to a winter studio mini AND to a new outdoor mini session. The Christmas Tree Farm minis are back by popular demand, and I only have 7 spots left at the time I’m typing this. Regular Family Photo Sessions: Half or Full Sessions
I offer two main portrait session types year-round to families. A half session runs about 30 minutes and includes 15 images that you get to choose from a digital gallery. A full session is anywhere from 45-75 minutes depending on family size, how engaged the kids are, etc, and includes a much larger gallery. I deliver basically all of the files that I believe are keepers (good expressions, in focus). I guarantee at least 45 files, but it is generally far more than that. Christmas Tree Farm Minis
- October 24 & 25 (Saturday/Sunday) in the evening with November 1 as the rain date.
- Located in Murfreesboro.
- Good for just kids or the whole family! Sessions are for immediate family only.
- Minis will last 10-15 minutes and will include 5 images (you choose from a gallery within 10 days of the session)

Franklin Fall Field Minis
- November 7 & 8 (Saturday/Sunday) in the evening
- Located in Franklin.
- Good for just kids or the whole family! Sessions are for immediate family only.
- Minis will last 10-15 minutes and will include 5 images (you choose from a gallery within 10 days of the session).

Nashville Studio Winter Minis
- November 13 & 14 (Friday/Saturday) in the morning and early afternoon
- At the studio (6977 Sunnywood Drive in Nashville)
- Good for just kids or the whole family! Sessions are for immediate family only.
- It will be like my Santa sets have been (black backdrop, flocked Christmas trees, neutral/gold decor, bench, “snow” on the ground, etc). Photos show set from 2019. Some of those details will repeat and others will be new!
- Santa can’t come himself due to health issues, but I have arranged to borrow his boots so I can stuff them and we can create a version of that client-favorite “boot shot” I’ve been doing for years with kids by Santa’s boots! I know it isn’t ideal, but I think it feels like a great option for those wanting a “Santa” photo in this really weird year.
